Can you fix the file name please? It contains a question mark, which is an invalid character for a file name, which is why the wiki is not rendering the image properly.

Fixed. Seems to be displaying properly now. @MatthewLMayfield:, if you'd like to change a page title, you can move it to a new title. The move button is under the "actions" dropdown.
