Logo: On a black background, blue half-diagonal lines with the words "FILMCONTRACT" and "LTD." wipe in by a white portion while they move in from the sides and join into each other. The glow of the white portions then dims out.
FX/SFX: Primitive animation (for the era).
Music/Sounds: A whoosh sound effect. On Nigdy nie mow nigdy, the fanfare from the WFDiF logo, would play instead.
Availability: Very rare. Spotted on a few Polish movies which includes Nigdy nie mow nigdy and E=mc², and other releases during the 2000's.
