Background

FilmRise (formerly known as Fisher Klingenstein Ventures and Fisher Klingenstein Films) is a free VOD service, film and television studio that was founded in 2012 by producers/financiers Danny Fisher, Jack Fisher, and Alan Klingenstein.

(1998-2012)

Logo: On a black or white background, we see the name in a thin white font with "FKF" in cyan in a gray square with a cyan border. Then two white searchlights cross over each other in the square.

FX/SFX: The searchlights.

Music/Sounds: A loud warbling noise.

Availability: Rare. Seen on programming from Fisher Klingenstein Films, including Popular Mechanics for Kids and an Amazon Prime print of Ned Blessing The True Story of My Life.

FilmRise

1st Logo (2012-2015?)

Nickname: "The Sun"

Logo: On a space background with a close up of the Earth, we see the text "FilmRise" in a font similar to Impact After a few seconds, the Earth fades out, and a yellow circle, intended to be a sun, fades in above "Rise".

Variant: A short version exists.

FX/SFX: The globe and sun fading.

Music/Sounds: A dreamy synth tune.

Availability: Rare. Can be seen of a lot of FilmRise programming.

2nd Logo (2015?-2018)

Nickname: "The Sun II"

Logo: On a black background, we see "FilmRise" in the same style as before, in white. As the text zooms in, a round line, resembling the sun from before, draws itself in.

FX/SFX: The text and the line.

Music/Sounds: None. Some shows have a dreamy synth tune similar to the previous logo.

Availability: Same as before.

3rd Logo (2018- )

Nickname: "The Sun III"

Logo: On a black background, "FILMRISE" in a different font draws itself in. Once it is finished, Two round curves appear around "RISE".

FX/SFX: The logo drawing itself.

Music/Sounds: None.
