1st Warning (Late 1990s-2010)
Warning: On a black background, we see the words "F.B.I. WARNING" in red. On the bottom is white warning text.
FX/SFX: None.

Availability: Uncommon; seen on First Look Media/Home Entertainment releases.
2nd Warning (1998-2003)
Warning: On a blue/black gradient background, there is a standard white square with a black FBI logo and the white words "WARNING" next to it. Below them is white warning text. This goes to the next screen: On the same background, we see the word "WARNING" and warning text in white.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: This is a warning screen used for DEJ Productions video releases. It is quite rare.
