Logo: It's the same as the First Look Studios logo, but "TELEVISION" replaces "STUDIOS".
FX/SFX: As it's an abridged version, we see only the lens flaring as the eye zooms out.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Can be seen on television prints of First Look movies, such as Diamonds.
