Not to be confused with American video game company Flying Tiger Development.

Background

Flying Tigers Entertainment (also known as Flying Tiger Entertainment) is the production company of Rob Minkoff that was first formed as Sprocketdyne Entertainment as a joint venture between Rob Minkoff himself and Sony in 2003 to develop a Mr. Peabody & Sherman film. During that time, the film got a lot of delays, and in 2006, Rob Minkoff joined DreamWorks Animation to complete the film eight years later, leaving this company dormant to produce only one film, Killer Diller (2004). It was later reorganised as Flying Tigers Entertainment as an offshoot to Prescience founded by Paul Brett in United Kingdom. In 2021, it was again brought by filmmaker Rob Minkoff, and it moved its headquarters to United States to finish the production of Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank. However, its former website instead of the current one is still used as of now.
