Any anybody seen the endcap which appears at the end of "Who Could Ask for Anything More? A Celebration of Ira Gershwin" from 1997? Looks rare IMO.

Also, HD Thames? That logo looks exactly like the print version of the 1990 Thames Television logo but with the word "HD" in a Fritz Quadrata font replacing the gold skyline.

The slanted and underlined BBC logo with the blue, red and green underlines also appears there on the bottom left of the screen as well and was that slanted and underlined BBC logo (which was designed by Michael Peters) actually introduced in either 1986 or 1987?
