What piques my interest about this is that the copyright info on what would be the back of this VHS indicates that this Sega company seems to have distributed the video in 1993, which lines up with the reports of the Argentine Sega being active sometime in the 90's. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find out more on this, as Google searches for this particular VHS don't turn up anything relevant, and, curiously, RaroVHS doesn't seem to have it documented on their main site.

I've been trying to find more info on the really obscure Argentine video company Sega, and in my search, I came across the following Facebook post and photo posted by RaroVHS of what seems to be an Argentine VHS of Savage Dawn (based on the casting list) that was distributed by a company named Sega:

What piques my interest about this is that the copyright info on what would be the back of this VHS indicates that this Sega company seems to have distributed the video in 1993, which lines up with the reports of the Argentine Sega being active sometime in the 90's. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find out more on this, as Google searches for this particular VHS don't turn up anything relevant, and, curiously, RaroVHS doesn't seem to have it documented on their main site.

Wow, that's quite neat. Due to it being posted by RaroVHS themselves (who also posted the logo), I think this is indeed where the logo was located in.

Something similar happened whilst I was researching Magia Video Home. From the same website, RaroVHS, there is box art for an Argentinian copy of 1986's Eliminators, distributed by Magia. Since this is one of the only known tapes that Magia has distributed, this could be where the logo was located in. Same can be applied for Sega.

Sadly, both tapes are not found, so it is unknown if the logo was actually in those exact tapes. Only thing we can do is either contact RaroVHS, or find them in Argentina.
