My recent edit changed the name of the announcer to imply that it was McAllister, but I don't know exactly who recorded the v/o (hence the "(?)" at the end). What I can say is that it's definitely not Brain Cummings. The v/o sounds too deep to suggest that Cummings recorded it. That's why I'm asking for the exact identification of the announcer for the "CA/FP" bumper; the title pretty much says it all.
