Independence Day (1996): Like the 20th Century Fox logo used in the film's theatrical trailers, the logo is engulfed in a shadow, referencing the UFOs seen in the film.
Casper: A Spirited Beginning (1997): Lightning strikes the logo.
Bartok the Magnificent (1999): The normal logo plays, but we see Bartok coming out of the "O" in "FOX". He says his line "Never fear! Bartok is here!" and then he cracks the structure. Only found on the trailer.
