Logo: On a black background, we see wavy lines that goes in a pattern of colors (pink, teal, pink, orange). Then, the words "FUGUE STATE" slide into the screen with a pink and teal gradient trail behind them, which waves. The lines then spiral around.
FX/SFX: The lines spiraling, the logo sliding in, and the logo waving.
Music/Sounds: A jazz-like song with a male singer singing "Raggedy rat. Rat. Rat." Sometimes, the sound may be muffled, phased, or replaced with a short beat.
