Background

This was the vanity card of Kitao Sakurai.

Logo: On a black background, we see wavy lines that goes in a pattern of colors (pink, teal, pink, orange). Then, the words "FUGUE STATE" slide into the screen with a pink and teal gradient trail behind them, which waves. The lines then spiral around.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Music/Sounds:

  • During Season 5 of The Eric Andre Show, it was a jazz-like song with a male singer singing "Rat-ti-tee rat. Rat. Rat.", sometimes being muffled, phased, or replaced with a short beat.
  • Starting with Season 6 of The Eric Andre Show, the logo uses a sound effect from earlier in the episode.
