Funcom is a Norwegian developer founded in 1993. The main office is located in Oslo.
1st Logo (1993-1995)
Logo: The screen is shared withthe JVC logo. Under it, an iron viking helmet is placed on a dirt with a tennis ball sticking from the horn. The name "FUNCOM" appears below in red.

Availability: Appeared on two Sega CD games - Fatal Fury Special and Samurai Shodown.
2nd Logo (1994)
Logo: We see a golden viking helmet covered with red Santa cap and a furball on the horn. The word FUNCOM appears in ugly blue font casting shadow below.

4th Logo (January 1, 1996-2005)
Logo: Differently designed logo with FUN sitting on top of COM in custom font.
Technique: Depends on the variant.
Variants:
- On Casper, the logo is metallic.
- On No Escape, the logo appears through blurred mist. It also has copyright info below.
- On NBA Hang Time, the logo has electronic fire animating through it.
- On Dragonheart, the dragon flies and projects fire, where the purple logo appears after Acclaim.
- There is a Funcom Dublin logo colored in the colors of Irish flag. It was spotted on Impact Racing.
- Small blue logo is seen on Pocahontas for Genesis, plus Disney Animation logo appears under.
Music/Sounds: None. The fanfare is heard on Dragonheart.
Availability: Black and white logo seen on Championship Motocross. Other variants listed above.
5th Logo (November 18, 1999)
Logo: We see green electronic grid with occasional sparks and various words appearing, then the Funcom logo appears in green. Immediately the screen collapses via TV-effect.

Music/Sounds: Silent electronic noise followed with scribbling as the logo pops up, and the sound of TV powering off.
Availability: Was seen on The Longest Journey.

Then he leaves, but the symbol breaks off and rolls. The punk returns anxious, grabs the symbol and blasts it full force into the logo. He departs again, but before vanishing, takes a look behind to check the symbol, and makes a satisfied grunt.
