Background

Fundamental Films is a Chinese film production company and distributor based in Shanghai and founded in 2008. In September 2016, it was announced the company had acquired a stake of 27.9% in French film company EuropaCorp, becoming the second-largest shareholder in the company.

Logo: On a black background, we move up and see a white flash being caused by a large green creature holding a film roll. We zoom out as a large white flash occurs behind. The creature reveals itself as a green tiger with dots of varying sizes above it, then the company name and some Chinese symbols wipe in. The white flash dissipates and the creature becomes a 2D icon.

Technique: Computer animation.

Music/Sounds: An oriental dramatic score accompanied by drumbeats. Composed by YouTooCanWoo.
