• On Legal Video's Video Niño releases, the background is a three-striped color (light green, green and darker green) and the company name is also in teal.

3rd Warning (1988-1989)

• On Legal Video releases:
  • The background is teal.
  • "LEGAL VIDEO S.A." is replaced by "LEGAL VIDEO".
• On Videoman Internacional releases:
  • The background is grey.
  • "VIDEOMAN INTERNACIONAL S.A." is replaced by "VIDEOMAN INTERNACIONAL".
• "VIOLACIÓN A LEY" has the word "LA" added between "A" and "LEY".
• The text scrolls a little faster.

Variant: Starting in 1994, the warning is changed in the following ways:

• The background is an azure shade.
• The first instance of the Gativideo name is removed, while the second one instead says "Gativideo S.A.".
• Both instances of "Video-Cassette" are written as "video cassette".
• The transition between the first two sentences is changed from a comma to a period.
• The commas after "Cualquier divulgación total o parcial de la obra" and "duplicación, representación o reproducción de este video cassette" are both removed.
• The word "copias" is singularized to "copia".
• "difusión, exhibición pública" is replaced by "difusión y/o emisión de exhibiciones de emisiones públicas".
• The word "expreso" is added after "consentimiento".
• The words "estas" is replaced by "esas" ("those").
• The word "hara" now has an acute accent.
• The first instance of the word "Ley" and the words "Código Penal" are now in lowercase.
• The first instance of "Art." is now written as "artículo".
• The sentence "y Art. 61 al 64 de la Ley № 94/51" is removed.
