Background

Gener8Xion Entertainment is a production company that was formed by Matthew Crouch, son of Trinity Broadcasting Network owners Paul and Jan Crouch. Most of Gener8Xion's productions were co-produced by Trinity's in-house production division, but after 2001 Gener8Xion produced films without them. The company was also known as 8X Entertainment. Their first production was The Omega Code, but they didn't use a logo until their second production in 2001.

1st Logo (2001-2010)

Visuals: A spinning Earth fades in on a black background. The perspective would shift to reveal Saturn's rings which are orbiting a giant 8 ball, along with additional planets. The rings reflect on the 8 ball, which would appear as a filmstrip. The 8 ball is in front of a giant gold "X", and beneath it is the text "A GENER8XION ENTERTAINMENT RELEASE"

Variants: An early version exists that is identical to the main logo, but with slightly different details on the planets and the 8 ball and the "X" is silver. "AN 8X ENTERTAINMENT RELEASE" would be below instead as well.

Technique: Computer animation, which appears to be filmed on the early version.

Audio: A dramatic synth fanfare.

Audio Variants: The early version featured a calmer synth fanfare.

Availability: Appeared on One Night with the King, Noëlle, The Cross and Preacher's Kid. The early variant appeared on Carman: The Champion and Megiddo: The Omega Code 2.
