Background
This is the vanity plate of Matt Miller.

Visuals: On a white background is a cartoon illustration of Matt Miller (wearing a long-sleeved collared shirt, pants, and glasses) laying on a chaise lounge. Next to him is an empty chair with a speech bubble above, which reads the company name in black.

- On the pilot episode of Forever, the logo is silent.
- The Forever episode "The Ecstasy of Agony" (about a dominatrix therapist) has a whip cracking after the "good session" line.
