NOTE: Due to The Simpsons' massive run (33 seasons and counting/over 700 episodes produced), not all variations are listed at this time. These are the logo variations seen throughout the years by Gracie Films, with more to be added overtime.
The Simpsons (Dancin' Homer) (1990): The ending of the "Capital City Song" is heard.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror II) (1991): An organ version of the theme is heard.
The Simpsons (Lisa the Greek) (1992): Instead of a "Shh!", a whistle is blown and a marching band plays the theme.
The Simpsons (Homer at the Bat) (1992): A crack of a baseball bat is heard and the theme is played on a stadium organ as a crowd is heard cheering.
The Simpsons (The Otto Show) (1992): The theme is played on an electric guitar.
The Simpsons (Kamp Krusty) (1992): The theme is played by a Mexican mariachi band and some off-screen voices shout "¡Olé!". The "Shh!" is absent. On early 2015 prints of the episode, the voices that shout "¡Olé!" are absent.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror III) (1992): An organ version of the theme is heard.
The Simpsons (Duffless) (1993): The sound effect for the Gracie Films logo is replaced by a bicycle bell being rung twice, followed by Homer giggling. Also, the logo's theme is not heard at all.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror IV) (1993): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons ($pringfield) (1993): A big band plays the first half of the theme, while a slot machine noise replicates the rest.
The Simpsons (Lady Bouvier's Lover) (1994): After the Gracie lady shushes, Grandpa Abe says "I'm sorry."
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror V) (1994): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (Homer the Great) (1995): After the Gracie lady shushes, Carl says "Shut up!".
The Simpsons (Bart vs Australia) (1995): Lisa can be heard playing a didgeridoo during the logo.
The Simpsons (Lisa's Wedding) (1995) and The Simpsons (Margical History Tour) (2004): Trumpets and a harp play the logo's theme in the style of renaissance music.
The Simpsons ('Round Springfield) (1995): The logo's theme is played by a saxophone and a piano.
The Simpsons (Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part One)) (1995): A gun shot is heard during the logo's theme.
The Simpsons (Lisa the Vegetarian) (1995): "Maybe I'm Amazed" is heard over the logo.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror VI) (1995): The music is played in the style of Myst/Phillip Glass music.
The Simpsons (Summer of 4 Ft. 2) (1996): The logo's music is played in the style of beach music with a saxophone lead.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror VII) (1996): A woman is heard screaming (in a much higher-tone), followed by a slow variant of the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (The Canine Mutiny) (1997): Chief Wiggum says "Jamming" over the logo.
The Simpsons (Lisa's Sax) (1997): The logo's theme is played by a sax (likely by Lisa).
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror VIII) (1997): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (Bart Star) (1997): After the Gracie lady shushes, Homer says "You're cut too, shushie!".
The Simpsons (Miracle on Evergreen Terrace) (1997): The logo's theme is in the style of fairy tale music.
The Simpsons (All Singing, All Dancing) (1998): The music starts to play, but a gunshot interrupts it and Snake is heard saying "You too, Gracie music dude, gah!". The "Shh!" is absent.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror IX) (1998): Instead of the woman screaming, Regis Philbin is heard screaming "MY EYES, MY BEAUTIFUL EYES!", followed by the organ version of the theme. This variant is only heard in syndication, Disney+ and on the Season 10 DVD release.
The Simpsons (When You Dish Upon a Star) (1998): After the Gracie lady shushes, we hear Ron Howard saying "Homer, we're out of vodka". Also, there is no music.
The Simpsons (D'oh-in in The Wind) (1998): Replacing the shush is Homer droning "Bury Flanders."
The Simpsons (Wild Barts Can't Be Broken) (1999): After the Gracie lady shushes, the Crazy Old Man says, "Oh, don't tell me to shush! You stupid lady!".
The Simpsons (Sunday, Cruddy Sunday) (1999): Instead of a "Shh!", we hear Rupert Murdoch saying "Silence!".
The Simpsons (Marge Simpson in: "Screaming Yellow Honkers") (1999): Instead of a "Shh!" and the logo's theme, we hear multiple gunshots and a thud.
The Simpsons (The Old Man and the "C" Student) (1999): "Can't Buy Me Love" is heard over the logo. This also plays over the 20th Century Fox Television logo.
The Simpsons (Monty Can't Buy Me Love) (1999): During the logo, Lisa can be heard saying "Ooh, I hear this really sucks!".
The Simpsons (They Saved Lisa's Brain) (1999): During the logo, Homer can be heard saying "Larry Flint is right! You guys stink!".
The Simpsons (Beyond Blunderdome) (1999): During the logo, Mel Gibson can be heard doing his Three Stooges impersonation.
The Simpsons (Brother's Little Helper) (1999): After the Gracie lady shushes, one of the showering soldiers says, "Oh, why do you have to shush? You ruined the the whole show!"
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror X) (1999): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (Little Big Mom) (2000): During the logo, we hear Fred Mertz say "You hit her pretty hard there, Rick!".
The Simpsons (The Mansion Family) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, Homer says, "Don't shush me, you rich bastard!" However, this was not heard in syndication, Network Ten and BBC airings, though it is preserved on the Season 11 DVD and Disney+. On Sky One airings of the episode, Homer just says "Don't shush me.", due to "bastard" being an inappropriate word.
The Simpsons (Saddlesore Galactica) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, Comic Book Guy says "Worst. Episode. Ever."
The Simpsons (Missionary: Impossible) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, Homer says "Save me, Jebus!"
The Simpsons (Pygmoelian) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, Duff Man says "Oh yeah!".
The Simpsons (Bart to the Future) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, Bart says "Moochie, moochie!".

The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XI) (2000): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (A Tale of Two Springfields) (2000): Phone sounds indicating a call can't be completed are heard over the logo.
The Simpsons (Insane Clown Poppy) (2000): After the Gracie lady shushes, John Updike laughs and Krusty the Clown yells "Shut up, Updike!".
The Simpsons (Homer vs. Dignity) (2000): During the logo, we hear Homer saying "Baby made a boom-boom."
The Simpsons (Worst Episode Ever) (2001): After the Gracie lady shushes, Agnes Skinner says "Why, you ill-mannered sack of crap!"
The Simpsons (Day of the Jackanapes) (2001): After the Gracie lady shushes, Krusty the Clown says "Mukluk!"
The Simpsons (Bye Bye Nerdie) (2001): "Always Safety First" is heard.
The Simpsons (Trilogy of Error) (2001): We hear a French teacher is telling his students to laugh "en francais". The shush and the music are absent.
The Simpsons (I'm Goin' to Praiseland) (2001): After the Gracie lady shushes, some of Violet's coughing fits are heard.
The Simpsons (Children of a Lesser Clod) (2001): During the logo, Bill Cosby says "Pokémon? Pokémon?". This also runs into the 20th Century Fox Television logo.
The Simpsons (Simpsons Tall Tales) (2001): During the logo, Homer says "Oh boy, buffalo testicles!" followed by a chomp.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XII) (2001): The order is changed for this episode. The organ is played first and then the woman screaming comes in as it is played.
The Simpsons (The Blunder Years) (2001) and The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XV) (2004): After the lady shushes, Homer is heard screaming. This also runs into the 20th Century Fox Television logo.
The Simpsons (The Parent Rap) (2001): After the lady shushes, Homer says "Cobras! Cobras!".
The Simpsons (The Bart Wants What It Wants) (2002): Instead of the shush, Milhouse says "WAZAAAAP!".
The Simpsons (The Old Man and the Key) (2002): The logo stays in its starting point while Lisa (in Elly May Clampett's accent) says "This has been a Gracie Films pray-sen-tation." The logo then proceeds normally. This is not preserved on FXX airings, though is still seen on Disney+ and the Season 13 DVD.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XIII (2002), Treehouse of Horror XIV (2003), Treehouse of Horror XVI (2005), Treehouse of Horror XVII (2006), Treehouse of Horror XVIII (2007), and Treehouse of Horror XX (2009): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (How I Spent My Strummer Vacation) (2002): During the logo, Mick Jagger says "Simpson!".
The Simpsons (Smart & Smarter) (2004): After the Gracie lady shushes, Simon Cowell says "Oh shush yourself."
The Simpsons (Fat Man and Little Boy) (2004): The music is a semitone lower. Only heard in reruns, Season 16 DVD releases, international airings and Disney+ prints of the episode.
The Simpsons (Don't Fear the Roofer) (2005): The shush and the logo jingle are replaced with Stephen Hawking saying "Badabing, badaboom. And we're done.". On reruns, Stephen Hawking just says "And we're done.", and the shush and the logo jingle have been returned.
The Simpsons (The Homer of Seville) (2007): The shush and the logo jingle is replaced with Plácido Domingo holding a high note.
The Simpsons (Husbands and Knives) (2007): In place of the logo's jingle, Jack Black says "Might be some wrong words in there, but uh, pretty much nailed it."
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XIX) (2008): The logo jingle is played in a Peanuts-style piano rendition, likely a reference to the third segment parodying Peanuts.
The Simpsons (Papa Don't Leech) (2008): "America's Back" plays over the logo.
The Simpsons (O Brother, Where Bart Thou?) (2009): Folk singers sing "Folk singers never say, "Take it, Naked Bacon". Homer asks, "Do you guys know 'Funkytown'?" The shush or the regular logo music is not heard.
The Simpsons (Thursdays with Abie) (2010): After the shush, Homer exclaims "Hey, shush yourself!" Only heard in reruns, international airings and Disney+ prints of the episode.
The Simpsons (Once Upon a Time in Springfield) (2010): The shush and the jingle is replaced with Penelope vocalizing.
The Simpsons (Million Dollar Maybe) (2010): Ricardo Bomba prepares to say his catchphrase "Soon you will be mine!" right when the logo starts, but is cut off by the shush.
The Simpsons (The Greatest Story Ever D'ohed) (2010): A group shouts "l'chaim!" in place of the shush.
The Simpsons (The Squirt and the Whale) (2010): The shush is replaced with a whale call.
The Simpsons (Judge Me Tender) (2010): The shush is replaced with Simon Cowell laughing.
The Simpsons (Elementary School Musical) (2010): A cow moo is heard after the logo jingle. The shush is not present.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXI) (2010): A low-quality version of the "Wilhelm Scream" is heard, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (The Fight Before Christmas) (2010): The shush is replaced with Katy Perry saying "But I did say stop!".
The Simpsons (Homer the Father) (2011): Homer is heard saying "Excellent!" in place of the shush. The music is also a semitone lower.
The Simpsons (A Midsummer's Nice Dream) (2011): Instead of the shush, Homer is heard saying "Geez, sorry Dave."
The Simpsons (Angry Dad: The Movie) (2011): Ricky Gervais is heard telling Ridley Scott, "Well, why couldn't you have said that a minute ago? Don't take any of my ideas!" followed by a short version of the jingle. The usual sounds are not heard here.
The Simpsons (The Ned-liest Catch) (2011): The shush is replaced with Homer saying "And if I'm dead, avenge my death!" Only heard on reruns, international airings and Disney+ prints of the episode.
The Simpsons (The Falcon and the D'ohman) (2011): Someone (possibly Snake) says "You shush me again, and I'll take your head clean off."
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXII (2011) and Treehouse of Horror XXIII (2012): Homer is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme. Homer's scream is different on both.
The Simpsons (The Ten-Per-Cent Solution) (2011): Joan Rivers says "Oh, grow up!" after the shush.
The Simpsons (The Great Simpsina) (2011): After the shush, Jack McBrayer (who guest starred in the episode as Ewell Freestone) says "Shush yourself.", as the shush interrupted his song about peaches.
The Simpsons (Politically Inept, with Homer Simpson) (2012): Right when it starts, Homer exclaims "Are we going to New York or..." before the logo proceeds. He then says "Oh."
The Simpsons (At Long Last Leave) (2012): The logo jingle and music is replaced with Cletus singing "The Outlands!"
The Simpsons (Gone Abie Gone) (2012): The music is played on a piano, similar to the Peanuts variant.
The Simpsons (Moe Goes From Rags to Riches) (2012): The shush is replaced with Moe's rag saying "I'm in hell."
The Simpsons (How I Wet Your Mother) (2012): "Dream Operator", as sung by Abe and Mona, is heard over the logo.
The Simpsons (Moonshine River) (2012): The shush and the jingle is replaced with the sound of tribal drums.
The Simpsons (Adventures in Baby-Getting) (2012): Ragtime music plays over the logo.
The Simpsons (Love is a Many Splintered Thing) (2013): The shush and the jingle is replaced with Brandine and Cletus scatting.
The Simpsons (The Saga of Carl) (2013): An Icelandic rendition of the theme song runs over the logo.
The Simpsons (Dangers on a Train) (2013): Right when the logo starts, Abe says "Not the second, or the-" before the shush cuts him off.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXIV) (2013): A group of people yelling "One of Us!" is heard, followed by the organ version of the theme.
The Simpsons (White Christmas Blues) (2013) and The Simpsons (I Won't Be Home for Christmas) (2014): "The Simpsons Christmas theme" is heard over the logo.
The Simpsons (Brick Like Me) (2014): The Gracie Films logo has Marge's shushing instead of the regular shush.
The Simpsons (The Yellow Badge of Cowardge) (2014): After the shush, Homer says "Usher! Will you stop that person who's shushing?" The regular music isn't heard.
Family Guy (The Simpsons Guy) (2014): The logo makes a surprise appearance before the end credits of this crossover of Family Guy and The Simpsons. We hear Peter Griffin (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) sing along with the music, "And now the show is over now!"
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXV) (2014): A woman is heard screaming, followed by the organ version of the theme. This is the first time in four years that we hear the woman screaming.
The Simpsons (Covercraft) (2014): The shush and the jingle is replaced with Sammy Hagar laughing.
The Simpsons (The Man Who Came to Be Dinner) (2015): The Star Trek: TOS theme is heard over the logo.
The Simpsons (Waiting for Duffman) (2015): Similar to the Pygmoelian variant, Duffman is heard saying "Oh yeah!" during the logo, only this time he says it before the shush. Only heard in reruns, international airings and Disney+ prints of the episode.
The Simpsons (Cue Detective) (2015): The shush is replaced by the pit master saying "I'm outta here".
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXVI) (2015): Homerzilla (a character from this episode) roars, and an abridged version of the organ version of the theme is heard.
The Simpsons (Barthood) (2015): A guitar tune plays over the entire logo, including the shushing and the jingle.
The Simpsons (Simprovised) (2016): Instead of the regular music, we hear Homer saying "Do do do do, waiting on the pants! Oh, Bart, not culottes!" He then groans. This audio was carried from "Homer Live", a special segment that aired at the end of the episode. Part of it also plays over the 20th Century Fox Television logo. It should be noted that this was only heard on east coast airings of the episode. West coast airings had Homer saying "And now we're flashing the credits of the many key people who worked long and hard on this, and laughter fades, someone call Uber." Part of this also played over the FOX logo.
The Simpsons (The Town) (2016): The shush is replaced by someone whispering "Departed." from a song earlier in the episode.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXVII) (2016): A woman is heard screaming, followed by a less acoustic organ rendition of theme with its notes having the length of the normal jingle.
The Simpsons (The Last Traction Hero) (2016): Instead of the regular music, we hear Hawaiian-like singing.
The Simpsons (The Nightmare After Krustmas) (2016): After, the shush, Squeaky Voiced Teen sings "Throne of God!" (which is obviously off-key). There is no music here.
The Simpsons (Pork and Burns) (2017): Instead of the shush, Plopper (better known as Spider-Pig; first appeared in The Simpsons Movie and later appeared in the season 27 episode "Puffless") squeals.
The Simpsons (The Great Phatsby) (2017): The music is sung by a group of female singers.
The Simpsons (Treehouse of Horror XXVIII (2017), Treehouse of Horror XXIX (2018), Treehouse of Horror XXX (2019), Treehouse of Horror XXXI (2020), Treehouse of Horror XXXII (2021). and Not It (2022): A woman is heard screaming, followed by a synthesized pipe organ rendition of the theme, now arranged by Bleeding Fingers Music.
The Simpsons (Kamp Krustier) (2017): Instead of the regular music and sounds, we hear Kevin Michael Richardson singing karaoke.
The Simpsons (A Father's Watch) (2017): Homer's cover of "You're The Best" runs over the logo.

The Simpsons (Dogtown) (2017): We hear a dog howling, but the shush cuts it off.
The Simpsons (Mad About the Toy) (2019): Right at the start, Lawrence O'Donnell shouts "Last word!" before the logo proceeds.
The Simpsons (The Clown Stays in the Picture) (2019): Raphael is heard scatting in place of the shush.
The Simpsons (I'm Just a Girl Who Can't Say D'oh) (2019): Professor Frink is heard proclaiming "The end!" in an operatic voice.
The Simpsons (Thanksgiving of Horror) (2019): Instead of the lady shushing, we hear Homer gobbling like a turkey.
The Simpsons (Better Off Ned) (2020): Over the logo, Nelson does his signature laugh, followed by another kid's voice going "Yay!"
The Simpsons (I, Carumbus) (2020): The theme to The Roman Holidays runs over the logo.
The Simpsons (The Road to Cincinnati) (2020): The theme to WKRP in Cincinnati runs over the logo.
The Simpsons (The Dad-Feelings Limited) (2021): The credits song, "Ooh La La" by The Faces, gets cut off by the shush.
