Background
Haddock Entertainment was founded in 1997 by Chris Haddock. Located in Vancouver, Canada, they're most famous for Da Vinci's Inquest, Da Vinci's City Hall, and Intelligence.
1st Logo (October 7, 1998-January 19, 2000)
Logo: Against sped-up, live-action footage of storm clouds forming, we see a bolt of lightning strike across the screen, forming the yellow, shadowed text "HADDOCK ENTERTAINMENT" in a Bold Times New Roman font; that shakes a bit after appearing. After, the text's shadow shines.
Technique: The storm clouds, the lightning forming the logo.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on the first two seasons of Da Vinci's Inquest.
2nd Logo (October 4, 2000-December 10, 2007)
Logo: We see B&W footage of a silhouette of a face, followed by two overhead shots of a bassist, wearing a suit and fedora, spinning his double bass before stopping it in it's normal position. Over all this, the white text "HADDOCK ENTERTAINMENT" appears via a stabilization effect.
Technique: The footage, the text appearing.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on Da Vinci's Inquest starting with season 3, Intelligence, Da Vinci's City Hall, and The Handler.
Legacy: First time viewers of this logo may be startled by the unusual concept of it, but it's harmless.
3rd Logo (October 14, 2015-December 7, 2016)
Logo: We see some live footage of horse racing, as the camera moves to the right following the action. Over this, the white text from before appear as soon as the logo starts.
Technique: The footage.
Music/Sounds: The sound of a bell, as well as horses running.
Availability: Seen on The Romeo Section.
