Background
Happy Nest was an animation company owned by Sean Dicken, who operated it within Wild Brain.[1]

Logo: On a beige background, there is a brown nest with three eggs in it, that are red, green, and blue respectively. It also has a face on it, which consists of two eyes with blue sclera and black pupils and a narrow smile. "happy nest" (in a serif font) wipes in from left to right under it. Throughout the logo, the nest slowly zooms in.
Technique: Cel animation.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
