Logo: On a black background, we see a picture of a windpump with a sun behind. Under that is the text "Hazy Mills productions".

Availability: Seen on Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man, Grimm and Hollywood Game Night.

2nd Logo (October 3, 2013-)
Logo: Same as before, but the windpump is now in CGI on a sunset background as it spins. A black bar fades in as the text from before appears.
Variant: On Q-Force, the logo is next to the Fremulon logo.
FX/SFX: The windpump spinning and the text appearing.
Music/Sounds: A windpump creaking sound or the ending theme of the show. Sometimes, the logo is silent.
Availability: First seen on Sean Saves the World. It also appeared on seasons 5-6 of Hot in Cleveland, seasons 3-5 of The Soul Man, seasons 3-6 of Grimm, later episodes of Hollywood Game Night, Crowded and Q-Force.
