Background
Hero Communications Co, Ltd. (Kanji Name: ヒーローコミュニケーションズ) was the international parent company of L.A. Hero Incorporated, specializing in releasing Japanese animation internationally in Japan. Both Hero Communications L.A. Hero Incorporated were presumably shut down in the mid 1990s.
(1992-1994?)
Logo: On a black background, we see the 3D cyan letters "H", "E", "R" and "Ø" fly in and place themselves on their sides and side-by-side to spell "HERØ". The camera pans and swoops about as a stream of broken lines fly in and form an underline under "HERØ", which is when the camera suddenly swoops to a position where the logo now faces us. A bright yellow glow materializes behind the text and the cyan word "COMMUNICATIONS" pops in below the underline as the glow disappears.
Technique: CGI animation.
Music/Sounds: A variation of the 2nd L.A. Herø logo, which contains a high-pitched flute and strings along with both a high-pitched synth piece and an ambient synth piece.
Availability: Ultra rare, now bordering on extinct. It can be seen on international prints of L.A. Hero anime and possibly other content. It first appeared on Bagi, the Monster of Mighty Nature.
