Background
This is Kevin James and Jeff Sussman's production company. It is named after a guy named Eddie, who the two befriended at a diner for breakfast in Little Neck, Queens in the mid-90s, whose questions started with "Hey Eddie".

Logo: The black words "HEY EDDIE" are seen on a white background, with "PRODUCTIONS" below the "EDDIE" part. The "E" is represented as a black hand that has three orange fingers.
Variant: On The Crew, the logo is next to the Broken Road Productions logo.
