Visuals: On a white background, we see a man in a tattered red shirt and tattered brown khaki shorts struggling to prevent a large roll of filmstrip from rolling downhill by first holding the filmstrip on his back and then turning around to push the film back up. The words "HIGHEST," "COMMON," "DENOMINATOR" and "PRODUCTIONS" are all stacked on top of each other along the lower right hand side, while the filmstrip is slanted in a hill-like pattern and separating the words "COMMON" and "DENOMINATOR."

Variants:

• On The Parent 'Hood, there is an additional "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" byline that fades in underneath.
• One episode of The Parent 'Hood has this logo finishing so early that it ended with a long freeze frame.
• One episode of The Parent 'Hood, the IAW byline is sometimes colored in gray.

Audio: A 16-20 note string-driven song.

Audio Variant: On The Trouble With Larry, the music is more high-pitched and sped up.
