Background
Hipervídeo was a Brazilian home video distributor founded in 1986[1]. It became best known for being an early distributor of Hanna-Barbera cartoons, but it also released films from a variety of genres; such as A Force of One and Brancaleone's Army. It was active until the early 90s, when it became Centaurus Home Video.
1st Logo (1986-early 90s)
Visuals: Over a bird's eye of a gray radial plan, before a gray gradient background, bronze-colored film strips appear forming the company's logo (a cursive H). The word HIPERVIDEO appears right underneath it, followed by "apresenta" apearing letter-by-letter in a white cursory font on the bottom right side of the screen.
Technique: 2D computer animation
Audio: An spacey synth track, with crescendos and flourishes.
Availability: Found on old Hanna-Barbera releases in Brazil.
