Logo: Against a space background, we see two shields (a yellow one and a pink one) zooming out, followed by "HOLLYWOOD" and "VIDEO". A star with gray shining outlines also zooms out until it appears above "HOLLYWOOD" in white. "presente" fades out at the lower right of the screen.

Music/Sounds: A synth pop tune.

Availability: Extremely rare. Known to appear on the very first French VHS release of Evil Dead.
