1st Logo (1998?-)
Logo: An atom-like shape lights up the horizon (hence the company name) and sky and zooms torwards us. The atom flashes and the Horizon logo appears which consisted of a yellow oval with a blue outline with the name in red except for the Z which is white in a blue circle. The atom disappears as the logo shines and and the background darkens.
FX/SFX: The atom. Decent CGI used here.
Music/Sounds: A funky tune.
Availability: Current. Seen mainly on BBC releases when distributed in Indonesia including Teletubbies, WWII films, and most recently, the TV series Sherlock.
