Logo: A DVD logo appears via an effect. It has a CD texture on and behind it. Then, after a few seconds, it changes to IML Digital Media Logo (the graffiti letters "iML" with "DIGITAL MEDIA" below it.) Above it all is the words "DVD TITLE PRE-MASTERING". The logo fades out.
Technique: Computer animation and live action.
Variant: More recent DVDs have the logo correctly rendered in 4:3 as opposed to 16:9.
Music/Sounds: Usually a fast crescendo mixed with laser sounds, but sometimes none.
