Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Extinct; Harlech-era programmes have not been preserved due to wiping. Thanks to its short lifespan and lack of known programmes, this logo is harder to find. It has appeared on HTV's earliest programmes, but it is unknown which one has this logo intact. Like before, the only known trace of this logo comes from the Transdiffusion website.

Logo: A still version of the 1970 HTV logo, typically accompanied with in-credit text.

Variants:
* An in-credit variant with the text "Produced by" above the logo and "In association with PRIMETIME TELEVISION LTD." and the copyright notice below it. This was seen on the 1986 Disney Channel mini-series Return to Treasure Island.
* Another in-credit variant has the logo and the word "Times New Roman" next to it to make it read "HTV LIMITED" under the Hemisphere Productions Limited and the Sidney Glazier Productions text, superimposed in the background of a man praying. This can be seen in the 1973 TV movie Catholics.
* Another in-credit version has the "Produced by" text on the side of the logo with "A Impact" above it and "in association with The Callender Company" below it. This was seen in the 1984 TV movie Arch of Triumph.
* On Robin of Sherwood, the logo is on the same row as "AN" and "PRODUCTION" within the end credits.
* On Deadly Strangers and The Woman He Loved, "in association with" appears above the logo. The former also has the logo within the end credits.
* On Jenny's War, the IAW notice appears below the logo.
* At the end of The Great Little Trains of Wales, the words "colour production" appear below the words "CYMRU WALES". This variant may have been seen on other programs too.
* There does exist a version of the generic version, in which the animation is more cohesive and the logo remains thick.
* On Y Gwr O Gwr Yr Aran, the Cymru Wales variant has a copyright stamp added.
* On A Breed of Men as well as most shows between 1970 and the early 80s, "COLOUR PRODUCTION" appears underneath the logo.
* On an HTV West airing to An Officer and a Gentleman as well as shows during the 1980s, only "Production" or "Presentation" is underneath the logo.
* On Y Byd ar Bedwar, the logo is smaller and against a black background.
* On Clive’s Walks, the logo is paired with the Gunnell Goulding Films logo. The latter is on the right with "production for" leading into HTV West's. Additionally, a copyright stamp with a big copyright symbol is seen underneath Gunnell Goulding's logo.
* A rare variant had the HTV logo beside the text "LIMITED", in which "and" can be seen below. There's another one with "Ltd" in a much plainer font located beside it.
** On Three Wishes for Jamie, "LIMITED" is simplified to just "LTD" and "and" was removed.
** An in-credit version of this variant also exists.
* An extremely rare co-production variant exists where the logo is paired with six other ITV franchise logos on a blue background. HTV's logo appears on the center right.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.

Availability: Rare.
* It can be seen on some VHS and DVD releases of HTV programming, both in the UK and USA.
* It can also be seen on the VHS of Robin Hood... the Legend.
* Its last known appearance was on The Woman He Loved.

Logo: On a royalblue gradient background, either linear or radial we see a metallic version of the HTV logo from the time, with a drop shadow added. Below it was the words reading either "Production" or "Presentation".

Variants:
* A royal blue gradient linear background variant with WEST and an HTV copyright notice appearing below also exists which is seen on HTV West programmes.
* Starting on September 1, 1989, the HTV logo looks less metallic, it was on a different gradient background, and the text below reads "Times New Roman" or "Times New Roman".
* Sometimes, the 1989 ITV logo can be seen underneath.
* On Keynotes, the HTV West logo, shown with a metallic sheen, flips in-credit before stopping and then flipping out to leave room for the Reg Grundy Productions logo.
* On Garden Club, the logo is paired with the 1982 Channel 4 logo.
* Another variant has "LIMITED" appear below the "V" and the text "AND" below the logo.
* On the first UK airing of Ghostbusters, after the credits rolled, the credits transitioned to the endcard via a "wisp" effect, now containing the head of the "No-Ghost" logo above it with the same transition (it also appears to be cropped from the opening shot of the movie).

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.

Availability: Very rare.
* It was seen on British prints of Northstar, The Snow Spider, The Diamond Trap, among others.
* The "West" variant appeared on Stars in a Dark Knight and The Art of Pleasing People, among others.

Logo: This is a still version of the 1993 logo but with "Production" underneath the HTV logo.

Variants:
* "Production" may be reworded to "Presentation" or "Programme", both in the ITC Newtext font.
* Like before, the 1989 ITV logo may be seen underneath on networked programmes.
* On Cymru Newydd, this logo shares the screen with the 1982 Channel 4, 1988 BBC Cymru and the 1987 S4C logos.
* An in-credit variant exists which appears on Wycliffe, simply consisting of the print version of the 1993 logo in a blue gradient.
** This variant may also be superimposed and perhaps in a different shade of blue.
** On current prints of the aforementioned show, the HTV copyright is replaced by an ITV Studios one instead.
* On Learn Sign Language, the logo is cropped where only the logo is seen.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.

Availability:
* Can be seen on HTV programmes from 1993 to 1995 such as Budgie the Little Helicopter, Rainbow Toy Shop, Rubbish, King of the Jumble, and The Pig Attraction, among others.

Logo: Like before, it is a still version of its respective 1995 ident, only with "Programme" added underneath the logo.

Variants:
* Like before, the bottom text may red "Presentation" or "Production" or "Production for ITV" under it (and with the 1989 ITV logo on networked programmes until October 4, 1998).
* Another version has "An" above the logo and "Programme for ITV" under it (and with the 1989 ITV logo on networked programmes until October 4, 1998).
* Sometimes, the HTV logo is in a vibrant shade of gold, sticking itself out of the background.
* On some programmes, the logo is shrunken and appears as an in-credit notice.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the programme.

Availability: Very rare.
* Survives on earlier VHS prints of the Kipper episode "The Visitor" as well as the second and third seasons of Wycliffe, among others.
* It also plasters the previous logo on current prints of Wycliffe as well.
* It was also seen on Rainbow: Toy Shop and Rainbow Days, respectively as well.
