Background

Impossible Television was a British animation company founded by Peter Scott in April 1997. The company was formerly an animation sub-division of Planet 24 until 2004. The company was later defunct in 2013.

1st Logo (1997-Late 2001)

Logo: A white flash reveals the word "TELEVISION" moving towards the left, over a black background. A light flare follows the text as it slowly dissipates. Suddenly, a red stamp rapidly zooms onto the screen, reading "IMPOSSIBLE". The background turns white, and "TELEVISION" reappears below.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen at the end of the pilot/Christmas special from Audrey and Friends.

2nd Logo (Late 2001-2004)

Logo: A vertical white line fades in and gets smaller in size. As that happens, "impossible" and "tv" blur in on the respective sides of the line.

Technique: Computer animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen at the end of MechaNick.

3rd Logo (2005-2013)

Logo: Over the end credits, we see the text below with a cyan glow effect:

ImPOSSIBLe
TeLeVISIOn

Variant: Sometimes, the logo is cropped to the point where only the text is visible.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen at the end of Bird Bath, The Beeps, Angels of Jarm, Castle Farm, and Gaspard and Lisa.
