Background: Index, later called index+, was a French multimedia publisher, founded in 1992 by Emmanuel Olivier. In 1997 the company released its first big game (Crusader), co-produced with France Telecom. In 2000 the company merged with France Telecom Multimedia to form Wanadoo Editions.
