Background

Indradevi Films was a Cambodian film company active in the 1980s/1990s.

1st Logo (198?/199?)

Logo: On a dark yellow background, we zoom out from a golden statue of a woman in royal attire (probably Indradevi, a queen of the Khmer Empire). The statue then rapidly zooms out as the screen blurs into a color-changing sunburst background, with the statue inside a circle with arched red Khmer text above and "INDRADEVI FILMS" on the bottom (the bottom of the circle also have filmstrip holes). To the sides of the statue are big three-dimensional yellow Khmer text which is the company name. The logo's hue changes as it zooms out rapidly with a motion blur effect.

Technique: A combination of live-action and motion blur effects.

Music/Sounds: A majestic fanfare.
