Visuals: On an detailed star map displaying several constellations, a blue light flashes in and moves a bit to the left, revealing a rotating grey globe of Earth with metallic chrome continents, zooming in until it takes up the entire screen. After a brief second, the globe zooms out to reveal the merged letters "iw" in black with a white outline, and a blue-black gradient background is revealed. A pattern of the star map also zooms out onto the "iw" at a delayed fashion. Then, the text "AN" with a red line going through it, "ISLAND WORLD", and "PRODUCTION" with a blue bar through it, fades in below.
Variants:
Technique: 2D computer animation, with possible model work for the globe.
Audio: A proud orchestral fanfare. The short version uses the ending theme of the programme.
