Visuals: On a black background, the following warning text scrolls up:

VIDEOGRAM REGULATORY BOARD
for private home viewing only.
The definition of home excludes
locations such as hotels,
restaurants, clubs, schools, coaches,
airlines, shops and similar places.
Unauthorized distribution,
reproduction or public exhibition
of the same may resort in
administrative and criminal actions

Mandatory penalty or imprisonment
