Visuals: On a black background, we see a multicolored circled square sign, covering up with 28 JLT appearing. Now the boxes appear on each JLT. Six JLTs disappear, and the words zooming in slowly, "FILMS PRESENT."

Audio: A rather cheap synth tune with an ascending flourish.
Availability: It can be seen on a tape of the horror film Crypt of the Living Dead.
