Logo: On a black background, we see the white-dotted, black outlined lowercase "j" with two letters next to it "AM" making the word "JAM", with the word next to it "creation".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Ultra-rare, bordering on extinct. Only seen on both volumes 1 and 2 of the 1996 VHS release of Homeroom Affairs.
