Logo: On a blue/black gradient background, we see the metallic ring with the three letters inside, "jhp". The ring zooms out and places to the left as the words fade in "JEFFREY HAYES PRODUCTIONS". The small text underneath fades in "in association with".
Variant: On Official Denial the text "in association with" is not seen.
FX/SFX: The ring moving to the left, the words fading in.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme.
