Background
Jeffrey White is a movie visual effects creator, although before that he worked on the Blue Thunder licensed game for the Action Max (a flop of a gaming console which attempted to combine VHS tapes with gaming, ultimately sacrificing much interactivity in favor of just having video clips with insignificant clues of when to shoot).
