Background
This is the television division of Jerry Bruckheimer Films, founded on August 28, 1996.
Logo (November 19, 1998-)
Visuals: It's a sped-up shortened version of the movie logo, except that "TELEVISION" replaces "FILMS".
Variants:
- In the early days of this logo's usage, the film logo was used.
- Early episodes of CSI had either it still, cropped, or squeezed to 4:3.
Technique: CGI by Dream Quest Images.
Audio: None, the end theme of the show or a generic network theme.
Audio Variants:
- Sometimes, the shortened thunder sounds from the movie logo is heard.
- On Without a Trace and the 6th episode of season 1 of Cold Case, the thunder sounds continue into the CBS Productions and later the CBS Paramount Television logos.
Availability:
- It appears on many shows that Jerry Bruckheimer produces, such as the CSI franchise, Without a Trace, and Cold Case, respectively.
- It also appears on The Amazing Race and on TV movies produced by the company.
