This is Daniel Stern's vanity card.

Logo: Set in a cafe, we see a beatnik on stage playing the bongos. After his set, he holds his hands up. "JoHnny BonGOS" is above in a stylized font with "PRODUCTIONS" beneath it.
FX/SFX: 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: Unknown, due to the CBS generic announcement.
Availability: Extinct. This was only seen on Danny.
