(February 1, 1974)

Notice: this template has been replaced by {{Guidance}} and {{Guidance detail}}

Nickname: "Telephone J"

Logo: On a carmine pink background, we see a giant white "J" write down vertically from the top. Trailing it is a black circle with a smaller white "J" inside it, which then overtakes the screen. We would immediately cut to the film afterwards.

FX/SFX: The trailing and writing down effects, the overtaking the screen. All very simple animation.

Music/Sounds: An almost PBS 1971-style synth "ringing" sound and a synth bell toll.

Availability: Ultra rare. This was seen on the German print of Italian film Passi di danza su una lama di rasoio.

Legacy: The ringing sound and the final product overtaking the screen can scare more than a few people.
