Background

Just Bridge Entertainment is a Dutch publishing house that mainly focuses on the release of DVDs. The products are aimed at the Dutch and Belgian market. The company was founded in 2003 by Eric de Groot and Alex Wächtler as Just Entertainment. Just Entertainment has acquired rights to various BBC series (including Charles Dickens) and well-known German crime films, such as Derrick and Siska, but also a number of popular cartoon series, including Princess Sissi and Inspector Gadget. In 2010, it was announced that Just Entertainment would merge with Bridge Entertainment Group to form the new publisher Just Bridge Entertainment.
