Background

KINEMA Obras Maestras Del Cine Universal was a video distributor in Argentina.

Logo (Early 1990s?)

Visuals: On a light pink background, the words "KINEMA" rotate and zoom in, then starts flipping in. A gray filmstrip then scrolls in, and reveals a drop shadow from the word. A thin horizontal line is drawn in, and then transforms into "Obras Maestras Del Cine Universal". Then, the word "PRESENTA" types in below. A yellow-green gradient slides in from the texts, representing a shine. Later on, the filmstrip and texts fade out.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: The start of "Gnossiennes No. 3" by Erik Satie, performed by João Paulo Santos.

Availability: Seen on most classical releases by them, such as Drunken Angel.
