KLCS

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st (Known) Logo (1975?)

Logo: Over a real life background (which looks like a school), we see the text "KLCS-50 Serving" on the lower left, and the text "Burroughs Jr High School" on the middle bottom in white (same as the KLCS text before). It is a still logo. It is unknown if it fades out of just cuts into something else.

FX-SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: A upbeat piano pop song, with a announcer saying "This is KLCS channel 50 in Los Angeles".

Availability: Extinct. It is a mid-70s station ID and those rarely survive.

Editor's Note: It's your standard station ID from the 70s.

2nd (Known) Logo (1990)

Logo: On a blue background, we see the text "KLCS" in a bold silver font and a "58" cutout on a silver segmented bar fade in. There is also a reflection of the logo on the floor. The logo then fades out.

FX-SFX: The logo fading in and out.

Music/Sounds: An announcer saying "This is class television of the Los Angeles Unified School District, KLCS 58 Los Angeles".

Availability: Extinct. Was only used as a station ID.

Editor's Note: Just your average station ID from the 90s.
