FX/SFX: Rather awesome CGI for the early 90's, but here's the problem: the balls of lights look like blurred circles.

Availability: Spotted on releases from the company. This includes English dubs from Anime Works, U.S. Manga Corps, Central Park Media, and ADV Films. It was seen on Variable Geo, Judge, Battle Angel: Alita, Voogie's Angel, and a Japanese-subtitled VHS of Project: Metalbeast, among others.
