Background
Kajal Films is a Nepali film production company.
1st Logo (May 25, 1997)
Visuals: On a black background, a blue eye appears with a flash effect on the top portion of the screen followed by a giant red letter "K" along with the text "Films" in a script font sitting in front of the "K" fading in, with the yellow color filling in the insides of "Films" shortly after. A white filmstrip wipes in at the bottom of the "K" afterwards.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: The stock swarmandal theme used in various Indian and Nepali logos.
Availability: Only seen on Karodpati.
2nd Logo (May 31, 1999-February 7, 2001)
Visuals: On a black background, a closeup of a blue rectangle with the top half shaped like a triangle with a small gold circle on top can be seen against a moving filmstrip on top of a green rectangle with the company's name in Nepali and gold underneath. The two shapes move downwards as two blue vertical shapes appear from the left portion of the screen and stops inbetween the filmstrip and rectangle, as the rectangle and circle reappears from the bottom travels towards the vertical shapes, forming the stylized letters "kf", shifting its colors while at it, with the circle sitting on the top-right corner of the "f". Simultaneously, the shiny curved text "KAJAL FILMS" in the color blue appears from the bottom and can be seen rotating until it touches the green bar (which is also shifting its color), which also causes the filmstrip to stop moving.
Variant: On Super Star, the animation is redone, the Nepali translation is absent and at the moment the text stops rotating, the text "Third Venture" fades in below the rectangle.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A repeating vibraphone arpeggio.
Audio Variant: Super Star uses a heroic synth fanfare with a long whoosh at the start.
Availability: Seen on Nepali Babu and Super Star.
3rd Logo (March 2, 2012)
Visuals: On a black background, the text "KAJAL FILMS" surrounded by a constantly flashing light pattern in a vertical manner wipes in from left-to-right. Once it is fully visible, a set of text reading:
5th
VENTURE
fades in below with a burst effect.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: An ascending five-note timpani fanfare with a xylophone note corresponding to the notes of the timpani, along with the sounds of twinkling.
Availability: Only seen on Sathi Ma Timro.
