Background: Nicholas Gaume founded Atreid Concept in 1990 in France. The company set its brand Kalisto in 1992, and joined Mindscape as a development studio soon after. In 1995 Atreid Concept was purchased by Mindscape and renamed Mindscape Bordeaux, but the founder retrieved it back next year. The company became Kalisto Entertainment until 2002, when it filed for bankruptcy.
