ContentFilm was a distribution and international sales company founded in September 2002. In 2004 the company had acquired and absorbed British film production and distribution company Winchester Films. In 2005, they entered TV production by acquiring Canadian television company Fireworks Entertainment from CanWest and they renamed it to Fireworks International. In September 2006, they acquired the assets of American companies UAV and Allumination FilmWorks making the company entering the DVD distribution market. In March 2011, it was rebranded to Content Media Corporation with the film, television and digital brands. In 2017, it was sold to Kew Media Group and renamed it to Kew Media Distribution.
