Not to be confused with the Activision-owned King.com.
Background: King Games, owned by Blitz Software, was the publisher of three Xbox 360 video games, sold through advertisement at Burger King restaurants. The games were developed by Blitz Software (properties currently owned by Rebellion Developments) in late 2006, which were given away at Burger King restaurants for $3.99 with purchase of a value meal throughout November-December 2006. The games, although specifically made for the 360, could also be played on the original Xbox by using the 360's backwards compatibility features in reverse. With these factors in mind, the games sold massively well.
(November 19, 2006)
Logo: On a black background, an explosion happens. It brings fourth a giant metallic looking stylized red crown. The bottom of the black screen catches fire in a way resembling the lighting of a grill, with a the floor having texture to match. "KING GAMES" in the Burger King advertising font (a slab-serif font, not their logo but the font they used in print materials at the time) wipes in.
FX/SFX: The fire and the logo/name transition.
Music/Sounds: The explosion and fire sizzling.
Availability: Seen on the three Xbox 360 games given away at Burger King: Sneak King, PocketBike Racer and Big Bumpin'.
