Visuals: We see static, then the SMPTE color bars fill the screen. The bars zoom out as there is more static in between them. The bars disappear to reveal a dotted background, Some letters move until they form the words "KINGS COUNTY PRODUCTIONS".
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: Static, then a synth theme.
Availability: Seen at the end of Lucky Chow on KLRN Create.
